SILVER SERVICE: This is standard curbside delivery. The truck line will arrive, and you will need to inspect your delivery prior to signing the bill of lading. YOU MAY NEED TO HELP THE DRIVER GET YOUR TABLE OFF THE TRUCK. From there, it is up to you and yours to move the table inside.
GOLD SERVICE: This includes inside delivery to ground level, only entry steps allowed. This service usually costs $125-175 more than Silver service due to the need for a second person and insurance coverage.
NEW PLATINUM SERVICE: This is our DELUXE NO-TOUCH SOLUTION which includes INSIDE DELIVERY, up to 2 flights of stairs, SET-UP, and PACKAGE REMOVAL. This service usually costs $300-750 more than Silver delivery depending upon your location, flights of stairs and amount of set-up required.

ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE UPON RECEIPT. DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE REFUSED. Do not sign for or accept any delivery that appears to contain damaged goods. If you sign the delivery receipt presented by delivery personnel, you are accepting the goods in the condition in which they are presented. In the event damage or shortage is discovered after delivery, please notify Quality Tablegames immediately, Toll Free, at 888-GAMES-77. All claims will be filed by Quality Tablegames. We will then send you a new item or replacement part.
In addition, if the Freight Bill specifies that the shipment was shipped on a skid, and the shipment is not banded to a skid when delivered, be sure to make a notation on the freight bill that the shipment was removed from its shipping skid.

If you are not able to fully inspect your item at the time of delivery, you MUST note on the Bill of Lading that your shipment is accepted 'SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION.'

Most ACCESSORY items are delivered via UPS in 5 business days or less. EXPEDITED DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. Please call for rates.
TABLES are delivered via reputable freight lines in 10-14 business days or sooner.
Should you wish to return an item, please call for a return authorization and return shipping address. If we have sent an incorrect item, we will forward a call tag. In this case, return shipping is at OUR expense. If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, return shipping is at YOUR expense, AND a RESTOCKING FEE of 30% will be charged to your account.
CANCELED ORDERS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Canceled orders and refused shipments are subject to any associated shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. BEFORE YOU CANCEL AN ORDER BE SURE TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE NOT YET SHIPPED. A CANCELLATION CODE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL. ANY ORDER CANCELED THAT IS IN TRANSIT WILL INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES TO, AND BACK FROM, THE POINT OF CANCELLATION OR REFUSAL. BEFORE YOU CANCEL OR REFUSE AN ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT ASSOCIATED COSTS OFTEN EXCEED THE TOTAL COST OF THE INITIAL PURCHASE.
